His stream of consciousness style of monologue takes in the world of fresh food shopping, Hannibal and his elephants, Pavlov’s Cat, St Paul and the Corinthians and Azerbaijan. ‘Unrepeatable’ was recorded at the Albery Theatre in March 1994, during a limited seven-week sold-out run of Izzard’s celebrated show. In ‘Dress To Kill’, Izzard takes his unique brand of absurdist, semi-improvised humour to San Francisco, as part of a sell-out US tour. The film features material not seen in the UK. ‘Glorious’ features a live show taken from his sell-out 1997 tour, and delves deeper into the wibbly-wobbly little world of Eddie. ‘Circle’ sees the comedian captured in live performance in New York on 26 June 2000, while ‘Sexie’ is a live performance of his 2003 world tour, performed in front of an entusiastic Eastbourne audience.
