In the city of Ergastulum, once a safe haven for people with supernatural powers known as ‘Twilights’, is now a writhing nest of vicious mobs and corrupt authorities. Nicolas Brown (voice of Kenjirou Tsuda) and Worick Arcangelo (Junichi Suwabe), known in the city as the ‘Handymen’, are gifted mercenaries who perform jobs for both sides of the city’s delicate power balance. A new threat is emerging in Ergastulum however, which threatens not only to disrupt the city’s status quo but also to purge it of ‘Twilights’.
